Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Srijanam Interiors website or engaging our interior design services. By accessing our website or signing a project agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Srijanam Interiors is an interior design and home renovation firm based in Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India. We provide design consulting, modular furniture, material procurement, and project execution services for residential and commercial spaces.
2. Use of This Website
By using this website, you agree that you will:
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or third parties.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its backend systems.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
- Provide accurate information when submitting enquiry or contact forms.
3. Design Services & Project Agreements
When you engage Srijanam Interiors for a project:
- A formal Project Agreement will be signed before work commences. The Agreement will detail scope, timeline, payment schedule, and terms specific to your project.
- Our quoted price is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material prices are subject to market fluctuation; any change after confirmation will be communicated in writing.
- All design concepts, drawings, renders, and specifications created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
- Client approvals at each project milestone are required in writing (email or WhatsApp) before proceeding to the next stage.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as per the milestone schedule agreed in the Project Agreement.
- A delay in payment of more than 15 days may result in a pause of project activities until dues are cleared.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been procured or work has commenced.
- Cancellation after project confirmation will attract a cancellation fee as specified in the Project Agreement (typically 15–25% of total project value).
5. Client Responsibilities
For smooth project execution, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the property for our team and contractors.
- Ensure all necessary approvals, permissions, or NOCs from your housing society or landlord are in place before work begins.
- Provide prompt feedback and approvals at each design stage to avoid delays.
- Inform us of any existing structural issues, plumbing, or electrical concerns before we start.
6. Warranty & Defects
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project handover. This covers defects in installation and finishing. It does not cover damage arising from misuse, water seepage from the building structure, civil defects not in our scope, or normal wear and tear. Product warranties from third-party manufacturers are passed on to you as applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design concepts, renders, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Srijanam Interiors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Images sourced from Unsplash are used under their respective licence terms.
8. Portfolio & Photography
By engaging our services, you grant us the right to photograph the completed project and use those photographs for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. We will not disclose your name, exact address, or any personal information without your explicit consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srijanam Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
